As Project Manager, Mr. Hengelsberg oversees all phases of the project including facility studies, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bid and award and construction administration. He manages the client's project schedule and budget, agency reviews, quality assurance and project team coordination. He is also responsible for all IT systems, including server management , technology infrastructure and hardware / software implementation.
