As Project Manager, Mr. Miller oversees all phases of the project including facility studies, programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation and specifications, bid and award and construction administration. He manages the client's project schedule and budget, agency reviews, quality assurance and project team coordination. He is also responsible for construction administration and construction management services for the firm.
